This cutting-edge setup features state-of-the-art computer-controlled equipment for washing, drying, painting, and curing. The system is capable of accommodating parts as large as 9 feet tall, 9 feet long, and 3 feet wide.
A six-stage wash and fully automated primer booth gives three times the corrosion protection, never before duplicated with powder painting in a single pass. A sophisticated color selection system and carefully controlled curing oven contribute to a successful and efficient process. The comprehensive journey, from washing to packaging, takes approximately 2.5 hours, ensuring a high-quality end product.
